These booking conditions form the basis of your contract with Travilo (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Please read them carefully, as they outline our respective rights and responsibilities. By asking us to confirm your booking, we assume you have read and agreed to these conditions.

These conditions apply only to trips arranged by us in India that we have agreed to provide as part of our contract with you. References to “trip”, “booking”, “contract”, or “arrangements” mean these specific trip arrangements unless stated otherwise. “Departure” refers to the start date of your trip.

Regional partners operate independently and are not subsidiaries of Travilo , though they may share branding standards.
